4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

If furniture relocation is required, our team will assist, but NorthEdge is not liable for pre-existing damage.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with reasonable notice (minimum 48 hours).
Short-notice cancellations may be subject to fees to cover reserved labor time and materials.

7. Workmanship Warranty

NorthEdge offers a limited workmanship warranty covering peeling, blistering, or paint defects caused by improper application.
This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by moisture, leaks, or structural issues
  • Natural wear and aging
  • Damage due to client neglect or external factors

Warranty coverage details may vary based on the project.
